End milling machine
for milling both sides of vinyl window profiles under 90°
The adjustment of the profile bar length of a minimum of 450 mm to a maximum of 3000 mm allows exact positioning of +/- 0.1 mm of the servomotor at the right machining unit.
Exact and constant milling due to infinitely variable hydro-pneumatic feed. The machine is equipped with two three-phase motors and rapid change spindles. A pneumatic, horizontal and vertical profile clamping device guarantees perfect hold. Four manually adjustable profile stops facilitate the milling of different contours.
Via a dust-proof keyboard the profiles lengths can be entered into a two line display. The interface RS 232 allows data transfer via external PC with corresponding software. PC and software are not included in the scope of delivery.
The machine is 3.8 m long and is equipped with a security light grating.
